人文医学研究概述（连载一）

目的：为了弄清大众呼吁人文医学服务的内涵及古今医疗服务差异，找到改善目前医患关系的切入点。方法：采用文献研究的定性研究。结果：对不同医学模式下医疗法规、服务提供者、医患关系构成、医疗服务特征、诊断方法、治疗技术、治疗药物、诊疗设备、主要疾病进行梳理中，弄清了当今呼吁人文医学服务的9大因素，特别是高估医学功能弊端等及加强医师人文素质，尤其想象力、联想力培养十分必要。结论：不同时代呼吁人文医学服务的内涵不同，而人文医学服务蕴含了知识、技术、服务3大体系，搞好人文医学服务应提升医师的人文素质。
