| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗老年人复发斜疝的方法。方法回顾性分析无张力疝修补术治疗23例老年人复发腹股沟疝的临床资料。结果手术时间35~90 min,随访6个月~4年,无1例复发。结论无张力疝修补术是一种操作简便、创伤小、疗效满意及复发率低的疝修补术,宜作为治疗老年人复发斜疝的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the proper treatment of the recuring oblique hernia.Methods To analyze the clinical data of 23 elder cases of treating recuring oblique hernia with the mending operation.Results Each of operations lasted 35~90 minutes.To follow up all cases for 6 months~4 years,no case recur after the operation.Conclusion The mending operation of recuring oblique hernia of no tension is little hurting,effective,easy-operated,and recrudescence rate is low.It is one of the best methods treating recuring oblique hernia. |
