| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠状动脉支架置入时，防止和处理冠状动脉支架脱落的方法。方法我院自１９９４年初至１９９７年１１月间，行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术５０２例，其中１９４例次置入支架２５６只。结果成功释放支架２４９只，有７只支架置入时脱落，其中５只脱落在冠状动脉内，１只脱落在Ｙ型接头止血阀，１只脱落在球囊导管近端，全部均被摘出体外。结论置入冠状动脉支架时应根据冠状动脉解剖和病灶情况选用相适应的支架

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the method for preventing and managing the loss of coronary stent Methods Therapeutic coronary intervension of intracoronary stenting had been performed in 187 patient cases and a total of 249 stents deployed at our hospitalResults We encountered intracoronary loss of seven stents in stenting in seven of these casesFive of the seven stents could be successfully retrieved with a microsnare Conclusion Intracoronary stent imployment should depend on the characteristics of coronary anatomy and lesions |
