| 摘 要： | 目的：调查鸭茅花粉症在我国部分省市的流行状况。方法：１９９５￣１９９８年对１６６０例中小学生和２１６７例大学生进行鸭茅花粉症流行病学调查，包括问卷调查、鼻腔检查及变应原皮试；并于１９９８年４￣６月，对３０例变应性鼻炎患者行鸭茅花粉症临床检查，皮肤划痕试验及鼻粘膜激发试验。结果：（１）鸭茅花粉变应原皮试总阳性率为６．７％，鸭茅花粉症患病率为０．３７％。（２）３０例变应性鼻炎患者中鸭茅花粉致敏者５例， |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the prevalence of Orchard Pollinosis in China. METHOD: From 1995 to 1998, an epidemiological survey on orchard pollinosis was carried on among 1,660 primary and middle school students and 2,167 university students, including questionnaire investigation, nasal inspection and scratch test. From April to June of 1998, a clinical investigation of orchard pollinosis was adopted among 30 patients of allergic rhinitis including scratch test and nasal mucosa test. RESULT: 1. The total positive rate of orchard pollen scratch test was 6.7%, and the prevalence of orchard pollinosis was 0.37%. 2. 5 cases (16.7%) were hypersensitive to orchard pollen clinically in allergen test. CONCLUSION: Orchard pollinosis is one kind of important pollinosis and should be paid high attention to. |
