密度评价自然铜生品质量的研究

摘    要:目的:建立自然铜生品的质量评价方法.方法:对自然铜生品传统质量评价方法、现代质量评价方法与密度的相关性进行考察研究.结果:自然铜生品采用密度作为评价指标与传统质量评价方法相符合;密度与其主要成分FeS_2含量呈极显著正相关(r=0.990,P<0.001),并随FeS_2含量降低而变小;与全铁含量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.971,P<0.001),并随全铁含量升高而变小.结论:密度作为自然铜生品的质量检测指标可行,方法简便.

Abstract:Objective : To establish the quality assessment method of crude pyritum. Method : The correlations of methods of modern and traditional quality appraisement with density for crude pyritum were investigated. Result : Appraisement of crude pyritum using density as an evaluation index was in accordance with its traditional quality appraisement method. The density had extremely significant positive correlation with FeS2 content contained in crude pyritum(r=0.990,P<0.001) and became smaller with the decreasing of FeS2 content. Meantime the density also had extremely significant negative correlation with total ferrum content contained in crude pyritum(r=-0.971,P<0.001)and became smaller with the increasing of total ferrum content. Conclusion : It's feasible to take density as evaluation index for quality control of crude pyritum, and the testing method established is simple and convenient.
