肾盂肾后基段切开加双管造瘘治疗复杂肾结石

目的总结治疗复杂肾结石的临床经验.方法分析1997年11月～2002年10月采用肾盂肾后基段切开加双管造瘘取石治疗复杂肾结石66例的临床资料、疗效和并发症情况.结果术中平均出血约300ml,手术耗时约110min,残留结石3例,无尿瘘、尿路感染和继发出血.结论加双管引流方法具有手术操作简单、易掌握,取石方便,出血少,术后并发症少等优点,是处理复杂肾结石的良好方法.

Renal pelvis postrenal basal segment incision plus doubletube nephrostomy for treating the complex kidney stones

Objective To summarize the clinical experience for treating the complex kidney stone. Methods From November 1997 to October 2002, the renal pelvis postrenal basal segment incision plus double-tube nephrostomy were perforned for 66 cases of complex kidney stone. Its clinical data, efficacy and complication were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average bleeding was 300ml. The operative time was 110 minutes. 3 cases had residual stone after operation. No other major complications were found in all patients. Conclusion This operative method possese advantages inclinding less bleeding simple operative manipulation easy to be grasped, no major complication and convenience for removing stone. It is a good method to deal with the complex kidney stone.
