槐花、槐米和槐叶脂肪酸成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:研究槐花、槐米和槐叶中的脂肪酸成分。方法:采用索氏提取法分别提取槐花、槐米和槐叶中的脂溶性成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用检测其化学成分。结果:从槐花中分离鉴定了22个化学成分,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的86.73%,从槐米中分离鉴定了16个化学成分,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的55.74%,从槐叶中分离鉴定了14个化学成分,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的66.5%。结论:有7种化合物:硬脂酸、肉豆蔻酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生酸、山嵛酸和植醇是槐花、槐米和槐叶所共有的。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the fatty acids from flowers,buds and leaves of Sophorae japonicae. Methods: The fatty acids were extracted by Soxhlet extraction,and GC-MS was used to analyze their components. Results: 22 compounds were identified from flowers,amounting to 86.73% of the total constituents,16 compounds were identified from buds,amounting to 55.74%,and 14 compounds from leaves,amounting to 66.5%. Conclusion: 7 compounds are mutual.These are stearic acid,myristic acid,linolic acid,arachidic acid,behenic acid and phytol.
