| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自制网塞在充填式无张力疝修补术中的应用。方法对我院2003年8月至2006年8月用自制网塞行充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝病人60例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组手术全部成功,平均手术时间45min,术后阴囊小血肿2例,自行吸收而愈。未见有排斥反应。随访3个月～3年共50例,术后复发2例,为开展手术早期病例。结论自制网塞充填式无张力疝修补术是治疗腹股沟疝的较理想术式,具有费用低,大小适合等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of mesh-plug made by self in tension-free hernioplasty. Methods From August 2003 to August 2006,60 cases with inguinal hernia received tension-free hemioplasty were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operations were performed successfully in all cases. Average operation time was 55 minutes. Small scrotal hematomas were found in 2 cases after operation and it was absorbed. There was no postoperative rejection. 50 cases were followed up from 3 to 36 months. Postoperative recurrence had 2 cases, which were early stage of open for operation. Conclusion Mesh-plug made by self in the tension-free hernioplasty is an ideal surgical procedure for treating inguinal hernia and it possesses a cheaper cost and suitable size for hernia repair etc advantages. |
