| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗输尿管上段结石及肾结石的有效性与安全性.方法对102例输尿管上段结石及肾结石患者运用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗的资料进行回顾性分析.结果102例中99例获成功,3例中转开放手术.一次取净结石71例,二次取净结石14例,三次取净结石3例;结石总取净率86.30%.平均手术时间1.25 h.术中估计出血量平均30ml.平均住院时间7 d.无严重并发症发生.结论微创经皮肾穿刺输尿管镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石及肾结石创伤小,出血少,结石取净率高,并发症少,恢复快.

| Abstract: | To evaluate mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treating renal and paraxial ureteral calculi. 102 patients underwent mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy for renal and paraxial ureteral culculi from June 2002 to April 2004 were reviewed and analysesed. The patients rendered stone-free at 1, 2, 3 session were 71, 14, 3 respectively.Total stone clearance amounted to 86.30%.The average operation time was 75 minuters, the estimated blood loss volume 30 ml and the average hospitalization 7 days.No major complications were noted. Conclusions] Mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy is safe and effective in treating renal and paraxial ureteral calculi and is less invasive for the patients. |
