| 摘 要： | 目的:通过研究促红细胞生成素(EPO)对人乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7在生长和增殖方面是否有促进作用,从一个方面阐明对于肿瘤相关性贫血的患者使用EPO是否会对患者的预后造成不良影响。方法:以MTT法检测经EPO处理后的MCF-7及未经EPO处理的MCF-7的凋亡水平;用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测EPO处理后的MCF-7及未经EPO处理的MCF-7在细胞周期上的差异。结果:经EPO处理后的MCF-7及未经EPO处理的MCF-7在细胞凋亡的水平上没有统计学差异;EPO处理后的MCF-7及未经EPO处理的MCF-7在细胞周期上没有统计学差异。结论:EPO对于乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7在细胞生长和增殖方面没有明显的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate whether EPO would promote the proliferation of human cancer cell line MCF-7,so as to determine whether EPO would result a worse prognosis to the patients with malignant diseases.Methods: The apoptosis rate of MCF-7 cells cultured with or without EPO was examined by MTT assay and the cell cycle of MCF-7 were also analyzed by FCM.Results: The apoptosis rate of the MCF-7 cultured with EPO was not different to that of the MCF-7 cultured without EPO.The cell cycle of the MCF-7 cultured with EPO was not different to that of the MCF-7 cultured without EPO.Conclusion: EPO has no promotion effect on the MCF-7 proliferation. |
