| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者行VATS肺叶切除术后对早期化疗耐受情况。方法对35例非小细胞肺癌行VATS肺叶切除术后2～3周内的早期化疗和40例常规肺叶切除术后4周化疗的耐受进行对比观察。结果(1)两组的胃肠道反应无显著差异(P>0.05)；(2)两组的血液与毒副反应无显著差异(>0.05)。结论在与常规术后化疗方案和剂量相同的情况下，对VATS肺癌肺叶切除术后患者进行早期化疗是可行的。化疗反应是可耐受的。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the tolerance on chemotherapy by patients with lung cnacer followed by video assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) versus conventional surgery.Methods 75 cases of non small lung cancer were included in this study among whom pulmonary lobectomy by VATS had been performed in 35 patients,followed by chemotherapy for 2 to 3 weeks.Another 40 patients had undergone conventional pulmonary lobectomy,followed the by same chemotherapy for 4 weeks.Results (1)Gastrointestinal tract reaction in tow groups had no significant difference (P>0.05);(2)neither did blood reaction and toxic reaction(P>0.05).Conclusions The earlier chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer after pumonary lobectomy by VATS is feasible,whose side effect is tolerable. |
