| 摘 要： | 清热灵颗粒能明显减轻内毒素所致家兔发热；抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀；降低二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀，抑制醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性异常升高；对金黄色葡萄球菌腹腔染菌致小鼠死亡具有明显的保护作用，体外抑菌试验显示对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、肺炎杆菌及大肠杆菌等均具有明显的抑制作用。表明清热灵颗粒具有明显的解热、抗炎和抗菌作用。

| Abstract: | Qingreling Granule (QRL) significantly inhibited pyrexia induced by endotoxin in rabbit, depressed swelling of paw and ear in mice induced by carrageenine and dimethylbenzene respectively; inhibited the abnormal increase of celiac capillary heperpermeability induced by acetic acid in mice. In vivo it decreased the mortality of mice induced by celiac infection of Stephylococcus aureus, in vivo inhibited the growth of Stephylococcus aureus, Pneumococcus, Pneumobacillus and Escherichia coli, the MICs were between 25 and 50mg/ml while the MBCs 51 and 204 mg/kg. This results indicated that QRL possessed antifebrile, anti inflammation and antibacterial effects. |
