摘    要:目的 探讨臭氧水(O_3)对深Ⅱ°烧伤创面愈合及抗感染的疗效.方法 54例患者随机均分为两组,分别以臭氧水(实验A组)或洗必泰(对照B组)处理创面,隔日换约一次,直至创面愈合.处理创面前后均取创面分泌物标本送检进行细菌培养;记录治疗后7、1 4和21 d创面愈合百分率、创面开始上皮化时间、完全愈合时间以及创面处理前后整体细菌检出率.结果 与对照组相比,实验组第14及21 d创面愈合率高,上皮化开始时间早,面创面完全愈合时间短,创面细菌检出率(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 臭氧水可以促进深Ⅱ°烧伤创面愈合,并且具有一定的抗感染疗效.

Effect of ozone solution on healing and anti-infection of deep partial thickness burn wound
Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of ozone solution on healing and anti-infection of deep partial thickness burn wound.Methods Fifty-four patients were divided into groups of A and B with 27 cases each.The burn wound was treated with ozone solution(group A) or with chlorbexidine (group B).Excretions were collected from the wounds before and after treatment.Percentage of wound healing on the 7~(th), 14~(th) and 21~(st) day after treatment, the beginning time of epithelization and complete healing, and overall detection rate of the excretions were recorded.Results Compared with group B, the percentage of wound healing was higher on the 14~(th) and 21~(st) day, the beginning time of epithelization and complete healing were earlier and shorter, and the detection rate of excretions was lower in group A(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone solution has a certain effect of anti-infection and can improve the healing of deep partial thickness burn wound.
