摘    要:目的 探讨膜引导性骨再生联合高能震波修复节段性骨缺损的成骨效能.方法 实验兔40只均分为A、B两组;制造两侧桡骨中段10 mm的骨缺损.A组将16 mm×14 mm的硅胶膜卷曲缝成管状,套于一侧桡骨缺损区,于术后第3周用高能震波冲击处理骨缺损的两骨断端(A1组);另一侧桡骨骨缺损单纯于术后第3周用同等条件的高能震波冲击骨缺损的两骨断端(A2组).B组一侧骨缺损将16 mm×14 mm的硅胶膜(Silastic)卷曲缝成管状,套于一侧桡骨缺损处(B1组);另一侧作为空白对照(B2组).于术后第1,2,4,6,8,10,12周分别行双侧桡骨X射线检查.于术后第2,4,8,12周切取标本行组织学检查及成骨面积分析.结果 A1组疗效最好,B1组、A2组次之,B2组最差.结论 膜引导性骨再生联合高能震波具有良好的成骨作用,可有效促进骨缺损的修复.

Repairing segmental bone defects with membrane-guided bone regeneration combined with high energy shock wave
Abstract:Objective To investigate the osteogenic effect of combined use of membrane-guided bone regeneration and high energy shock wave(HESW) for repairing segmental bone defects.Methods Fourty rabbits were randomized into groups of A and B with 20 rabbits each.A 10 mm segmental bone defect of the radios on both sides was produced in both groups.In group A,a silastic membrane sized 16 mm×14 mm was crimped as fistuliform and was sheathed on one side of the bone defect treated with HESW at the both ends of the defects on the 3~(rd) week after operation(group A1 ), and the segmental bone defect on the other side was treated with HESW alone(group A2).In group B, a silastic membrane sized 16 mm×14 mm was crimped as fistuliform and sheathed on one side of the bone defect(group B1) and the bone defect on the other side was not treated as the control(B2).The X-ray examinations were done on the 1~(st), 2~nd) ,4~(th) ,6~(th) 8~(th), 10~(th) and 12~(th) postoperative week.Analysis of pathology and the area of new bone was performed on the 2~(nd) ,4~(th) ,8~(th) and 12~(th) postoperative week.Results The efficacy of treatment was in an order of group A1>groups of B1 and A2>group B2.Conclusion Membrane-guided bone regeneration combined with HESW has better osteogenic effect and can efficiently repair bone defects.
