| 摘 要： | 目的:比较2种用药方案治疗慢性无菌性前列腺炎的经济学效果。方法:103例慢性无菌性前列腺炎患者随机分成2组,分别给予口服前列通淤胶囊+前列安栓纳肛(A组)、前列安栓纳肛(B组)治疗,疗程均为30d,运用成本-效果分析法进行评价。结果:A、B组总成本分别为592.2、280.8元,总有效率分别为92.31%、82.35%(P>0.05)。结论:B组方案患者依从性好,更经济。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To compare the pharmacoeconomic efficacy between 2 therapeutic schemes for chronic abacterial prostatitis.METHODS:A total of 103 patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis were randomly assigned to receive Qianlieton-gyu plus Prostant(Group A)or Prostant alone(Group B)for 30 days.A cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted for the eva-luation of the two schemes.RESULTS:The total costs of Group A vs.Group B were 592.2yuan vs.280.8yuan,and the effective rates were 92.31 vs.82.35%(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Scheme B has better compliance and is more economical as compared with scheme A. |
