社区高血压病人服药依从性影响因素分析

目的了解影响区内高血压病人服药依从性的因素，提高高血压病人的血压控制率寻找对策。方法采用自制的问卷调查表对随机抽取的432位高血压病人进行调查。结果服药依从性好的为55．79％。服药次数对高血压病人服药依从性的影响具有统计学意义（Х^2=56．17 P〈0．01）。而与年龄、性别、文化程度无明显关系。结论服药次数对高血压病人服药依从性有影响，高血压病人服药依从性差的主要原因是忘记服药和认为疾病已治愈而擅自停药。

Analysis on compliance of drug therapy and influene factor of hypertension popultion in community

Objective to study the compliance drug therapy and influence factor to provide the scientific evidence for developing effective measure to centrol and prevent hypertension. Method 432 hypertension patients of JinYang Community were sampled by random and then a question survey practiced. Results The ratio of good compliance drug therapy was 53.9%, taking medicine rate is much relate to compliance drug therapy（Х^2= 56.44 P 〈0.01）, but age;sex;educational is no relate to compliance drug therapy. Conclusion taking medicine rate is relate to compliance drug therapy,the major cause of bad compliance drug therapy is forgetting taking medicine and stopping medicine without authorization.
