不同剂量隐孢子虫感染正常和免疫抑制小鼠的效应研究

摘    要:目的探讨昆明小鼠在灌服地塞米松、地塞米松+隐孢子虫卵囊(150万)、地塞米松+隐孢子虫卵囊(300万)的免疫功能的变化。方法采用MTT法检测40只昆明小鼠的免疫功能。随机分组:空白对照组(n=10),免疫抑制组(n=10),免疫抑制+隐孢子虫卵囊150万(n=10),免疫抑制+隐孢子虫卵囊300万(n=10)。结果实验组小鼠与对照组小鼠比较,巨噬细胞吞噬功能明显降低,T、B淋巴细胞的增殖明显降低,NK细胞活性均明显降低(p<0.01)。结论40只昆明小鼠吞噬功能、脾细胞增殖、NK细胞活性检测结果见表(1-3),从表中可以看出,实验组小鼠与对照组小鼠三项检测指标比较均有明显降低,差异显著(P<0.01),实验组小鼠各组间比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。

Abstract:Aim to investigate the immunocompetent change when small muose were decacortin 、decacortin+ctyptosporium(150)、decacortin+cryptosporium(300).Methods:to inspect the immune function of the small muose by the methods of MTT.A total of 40 small mouse wererandomly allocated into four groups :normal control(n=10),immunosuppressed(n=10),immunosuppressed+cryptosporidium oocysts 150million,immunosuppressed + cryptosporium oocysts 300million.Results the function of swallow of the macrophages,the hyperplasia of T,B lymphocyte and the activity of NK cell were sinnificantly lower(p<0.01) than that of control group mice.Conclusion the function of swallow of the macrophages,the hyperplasia of spleen cell and the activity of NK cell of the little mouse of 40 Kunming can see in the list 1-3,we can find out from the list,the detection index of three items of the little mouse of experimental group obviously reduces compared with little mouse's.the difference is prominent(P<0.01),To compare among every group of little mouse of experimental group,there is no prominent difference(P> 0.05).
