| 摘 要： | 目的观察微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术(MPCNL)治疗输尿管上段结石65例的疗效。方法采用MPCNL治疗65例经保守治疗或体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)无效的输尿管上段结石。结果全部病例一期或二期手术成功,术后1个月结石清除率为100%。结论微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effects of upper ureteral stones by means of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy (MPCNL). Methods 65 patients with upper ureteral stones who failed to be managed with conservative therapy or ESWL, were treated by MPCNL. Results In the 65 cases, the stones were cleared off at the first or second stage, and the stone clear rate was 100% one month postoperatively. Conclusion MPCNL is believed to be a minimal invasive and good effective method for the treatment of upper ureteral stones. |
