| 摘 要： | 目的：提高颌面部骨折复位后固定的可靠性，防止和修复伤后畸形，尽早恢复患者口颌功能。方法—采用微型钛夹板坚强内固定技术进行颌面部骨折的固定与重建。结果：１９９５年６月～１９９８年７月已完成３２例，全部成功。结论：该技术操作简单、效果良好、并发症少，是颌面骨折治疗的一项革命性技术。

| Abstract: | objective:This sudy was to raise the reliability of fixation after reposition of maxillofacial fracture, to prevent and repair the deformity after trauma, and as soon as possible to rehabilitate oral maxillary functions. methods:Fixation and reconstruction of maxillofacial fracture by use of rigid internal fixation (RIF) with titanic microsplint. Results:Thirtytwo patients were perfomed betwwen June 1995and July 1998,all of these patients obtained success. Conclusions:This technique performance is simple, the effectiveness is favorable, the complications occurred very seldom. So this technique in treating maxillofacial fracture is a revolutionary technique. |
