| 摘 要： | 随着眼显微外科技术的不断发展，白内障手术技巧和手术预后获得迅速提高，人们对手术后的视觉质量恢复也有更高的要求。由于白内障手术操作时间短，对手术器械和仪器的要求相对简单，经济效益又较高，因此出现了一些不实的广告。由此引发的对预后的不满及医疗纠纷有增加的趋势。如何提高白内障手术后视觉质量，减少纠纷，已成为我们的议事日程之一。本文将对纠纷的形成原因和纠正方法进行探讨。

| Abstract: | As the development of the microsurgical technique, cataract surgery rapidly got good resuh and visual acuity, and patients had been demanded for higher visual quality. Because of popular surgical equipments, shorter surgical time and better efficiency, some unpractical advertisements appeared. So the medical dispute associated with cataract surgery has been increasing. The factors associated with medical dispute and how to prevent them will be discussed. |
