脓毒症前降钙素原与血清IL-6的变化研究

目的探讨前降钙素原（PCT）及白细胞介素6（IL-6）与脓毒症在感染性疾病中的诊断、治疗、病情评价作用。方法应用双抗体夹心免疫发光法及双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法分别测定130例健康人和130例脓毒症患者急性期及恢复期血清PCT和IL-6含量。结果PCT和IL-6水平在脓毒症患者组显着高于正常对照组，急性期显着高于恢复期，死亡组大于存活组。结论PCT和IL-6在脓毒症发病机制中起重要作用，对早期诊断及判断预后有重要意义．

Study on the Changes of Procalcitonin and Serum IL-6 Level Before Sepsis Occurrence

Objectives to explore the evaluating value of procalcitonin （PCT） and interleukin 6 （IL-6） in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis estimation of sepsis or infectious diseases. Methods by ehemiluminescent immunoassay and Enzyme-linked immunosorhent assay, the serum PCT and IL-6 from 130 health people and 130 eases of sepsis in acute phase and convalescent period were tested. Results PCT and IL-6 level was significantly higher in patient group than health people group; in acute phase than in convalesent period and in death group than survival group. Conclusion PCT and IL-6 play important role in the pathogenesis of sepsis and are of great value in early diagnosis and prognosis estimation.
