| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PCI术后出现迷走神经反射患者的有效观察及实施有针对性的护理措施。方法采用接受PCI手术患者294例，对引起迷走神经反射的各相关因素进行有针对性的观察及护理。结果有效的护理措施即缓解紧张情绪，保证出入量，监测生命体徵（HR，BP）减轻疼痛增加舒适。结论有效及时采取护理措施才能有效的预防迷走神经反射的发生和纠正其发生后带来的不良后果

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effee- tive observation of the patients with vagus reflex after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） and take effective nursing measures. Methods The patients after PCI therapy were randomly divided into groups . Results Effective nursing measures include： relieving nervous mood, observing intake and excretion volume, monitoring vital signs （blood pressure,BP;heartrate,HR）, relieving pains and increasing comfortness .Conclusion Effectively and timely nursing measures could prevent the occurrence of vagus reflex and its consequence. |
