摘    要:研究α频率(8-13Hz)闪光刺激是否能引起人脑枕区同频率脑电信号的增加。采集15名正常志愿者在平静、光刺激状态下的脑电信号,利用脑地形图、小波分析和功率谱估计的方法对α频率光刺激前后的脑电信号进行处理,将归一化后的数据分为平静-激活组、男女对照组、两个不同电极位置组进行对比分析,对组间信号的差异进行了讨论,并对受试者精神状态的变化进行初步探讨。结果表明:周期性α频率光刺激能引起大脑枕区同频率脑电的显著增加。通过分析实验数据,初步得到了大脑在外部闪光刺激时脑电的变化规律,本实验结果对研究外部刺激对脑电的影响有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:To discuss whether the a frequency(8 - 13Hz)visual stimulation can induce the augment of corresponding frequency EEGs in occipital location of the brain. Fifteen healthy volunteers' EEGs were recorded during silence and visual stimulation respectively. Brain electrical activity mapping(BEAM),wavelet analysis and power spectral estimation were used to evaluate the brainwave changes due to a frequency visual stimulation contrast to silence status. Normalized data were divided into three groups: silence - stimulation, male- female, two different placements of electrodes, and the differences between every group were discussed. Some elementary steps were carried out to study the volunteers' mental status. Results showed that periodic α frequency visual stimulation did induce obvious augment of α EEGs in occipital lobe. We obtain the preliminary conclusion about how EEGs changing while periodic visual stimulation on the brain by carefully analyzing of original EEGs. To some extend, the findings deserve the reference value in future studies on what is the influence of external stimulation to EEGs.
