| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同糖耐量人群E-选择素水平，探讨肥胖、血压、血脂及血糖等相关的关系。方法对年龄≥40岁健康人群1000人进行葡萄糖耐量试验对DM、IFG、IGT、IGR人群检测E选择素水平。结果显示IGR组和DM组高于NGT组（P〈0．9与P〈0．01）；其中IGR组高于DM组，回归分解显示：BMI与E选择素的关系较为密切。结论血脂E选择素水平有助大血管病变和微血管病变的早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objectives To observe E-selectin levels in people with different glucose tolerance and find out the correlation among obesity, blood pressure, blood fat and blood glucose. Method Glucose tolerance test was performed in 1,000 health people all above 40 years old and E-selectin level was determined in group DM, IFG, IGT and IGR respectively. Results E-selectin level was higher in group IGR and DM than in group NGT （p〈0.9 and p〈0.01）, while it was higher in group IGR than in DM. Regression analysis showed that BMI is highly correlated with E-selection. Conclusion Serum E-selectin determination can be of some help in the early diagnoses of macroangiopathy and microangiopathy |
