电视胸腔镜手术147例分析

目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术治疗胸科疾病的可行性、安全性及适应证。方法2004年1月-2009年2月共实施各类电视胸腔镜147例，其中男性106例，女性41例，年龄13-86岁，手术在全胸腔镜或小切口胸腔镜辅助下完成。结果本组147例患者，手术疗效满意，无临床死亡，4例因手术中出血或粘连严重中转开胸，1例术中室颤抢救，1例术后大出血需再次手术止血，1例左喉返神经损伤致左声带麻痹．结论电视胸腔镜手术在有效性，彻底性方面可以达到开胸手术相同的效果，对于胸科疾病是一种安全、有效的手术方式。

Analysis the Video-assisted Thoracic Surgery in 147 Cases

Abstract：Objective To investigate the feasibility, security and indication in the video-assisted thoracic surgery, in treatment of thoraeic disease Methods Between Jan 2004 to Feb 2009, a total of 147 cases including male 106 patients, female 41 patients, age from 13 to 86 years old, all were performed by the completely thoraeoseopy or under the assistance of thoracoscopy with minimal invasive incision. Results All the operations had been carried out successfully, no operative death; 4 patients conveiled back to conventional open thoracotomy because of intraoperative bleeding or seriously adhesion; 1 patient complicated intraoperalive ventricular fibrillation; and 1 patient postoperative massive suffered from the vocal ent was re-operated due to hemorrhage; 1 patient was cords paralysis because of left recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy. Conclusion The video-assisted thoracic surgery is a safe and feasible surgical procedure compared with conventional open thoraeotomy.
