头皮针对急性缺血中风自由基的影响

目的观察头皮针对急性缺血中风患者自由基的影响。方法检测头皮针针刺前後患者自由基指标丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH—PX）和红细胞过氧化氢酶（CAT）的变化。结果头皮针组能降低MDA含量、升高SOD、CAT、GSH—PX含量（P〈0．05）。结论肯定头皮针具有较好抗氧化作用，直接清除自由基，减少脑缺血后自由基对脑细胞的损伤．

Clinical Research on Free Radical Changes with Scalp Acupuncture Intervening Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objectives to observe the free radical changes with scaslp acupuncture intervening acute ischemis stroke. Method Changes of free radical index malonaldehyde （MDA）, superoxide dismutase （SOD）, glutathione peroxidase （GSH-PX） and Erythrocyte Catalase （CAT） were observed before and after the patients were given scalp acupuncture therapy. Results comparing experimental group with control group, the scalp acupuncture therapy reduced the MDA, but elevate SOD, CAT and GSH-PX （p〈0.05）. Conclusion it is convinced that the scalp acupuncture therapy possess positive antioxidation effect, can clear up free radical directly and relieve the brain cell damage derived from free radical after the acute ischemis stroke.
