马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗脑梗塞后抑郁的疗效观察

目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗脑梗塞後抑郁（PSD）的临床疗效。方法将70例脑梗塞後抑郁患者随机分为桂哌齐特治疗组和对照组各35例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予马来酸桂哌齐特每天320毫克静点2周，分别在治疗前、治疗2周後根据汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分进行疗效评定。结果治疗前後比较，两组均有效；两组间比较治疗组明显优于对照组。结论马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗脑梗塞後抑郁疗效好、副作用少，值得临床推广。

Clinical Study of Cinepazide Maleate in the Treatment of Post - Stroke Depression

Objective To study the efficacy of Cinepazide Maleate in the treatment of post-stroke depression （PSD）. Method Seventy patients with the PSD were randomly divided into control group （35 patients）and Cinepazide Maleate treated group （35 patients）. The patients of control group were given routine treatment; The patients of the treatment group were given routine treatment and driped Cinepazide Maleate 320mg everyday for two weeks. Subjects were assessed with the HAMD and the NIH stroke scale （NIHSS） assessment set after the treatment for two weeks. Results Obviously, the treatment group achieved better result than the control group while the therapy was effective in both groups Conclusion The result suggested that Cinepazide Maleate is effective in the treatment of PSD with little side effect and is worth popularizing.
