| 摘 要： | 目的研究短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）全脑血管造影的表现及临床意义。方法选择164例TIA患者行全脑血管造影检查，比较颅内、外动脉病变分布情况。结果颈内动脉系统TIA以颅内血管狭窄为主，椎基底动脉系统TIA以颅外血管狭窄为主。结论颅内血管病变是颈内动脉系统TIA的主要病因，颅外血管病变是椎基底动脉系统TIA的主要病因。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the manifestation and the clinical significance of the cerebral angiography of Transient Ischemic Attack （TIA） Method Digital subtraction angiography （DSA） was given in 164 patients with TIA. Lesion distribution of the intracranial arteries wascompared with the one of the extracranial arteries. Result Cerebral angiography showed that the TIA of intracranial arteries is mainly because of the stenosis of intracranial arteries and TIA of vertebrabasilar artery system is mainly because of stenosis of extracranial arteries. Conclusion Lesion of the intracranial arteries is the main causes of TIA of internal carotid arteries. Lesion of the extracranial arteries is main causes of TIA of vertebrabasilar arteries. |
