| 摘 要： | 目的：评价牙种植体的临床效果。方法：对192例281枚种植体进行了6年的临床观察，采用的种植体为叶状、螺旋状和羟基磷灰石涂层（Ti-HAc）种植体。结果：牙种植体6年临床观察的成功率为89.68%，种植体周围炎和机械性折断是种植体失败的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of dental implants for clinical application. Methods: To observe 281 endosteal dental implants in 192 patients for six years.The dental implant including blade kind,spiral kind and HA plasma_spray coated implants. Results: The success rate of 281 dental implants for six years was 89.68 percent.The course of failure was perimplantitis and some mechanism reasons such as weakness position of implant breaker down.Conclusion:Clinical application of dental implant was an effective treatment for anodontia. |
