| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC术）中胆囊管残留结石的原因、诊断及处理方法。方法回顾性分析我院1995年12月至2008年3月行LC的3250例中合并胆囊管结石的62例患者的临床资料。结果本组62例中中转开腹2例，其余均顺利完成手术。术后发生胆漏3例，经引流治愈。结论胆囊管结石是LC术后原部位疼痛的重要原因，术前重视、术中处理是关键。挤捏法可以有效清除LC术中胆囊管结石。必要时行术中胆道造影及术中胆道镜检查能提高手术成功率。
