3种方案治疗下呼吸道感染的成本-效果分析

目的:评价3种方案治疗下呼吸道感染的成本-效果。方法:运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法对先锋Ⅴ(方案1)、炎琥宁(方案2)、新鱼腥草素钠(方案3)3种治疗方案进行回顾性评价。结果:3种治疗方案中,方案2有效率、症状消失时间同方案3相似,但优于方案1;方案2成本-效果比优于方案3,为较佳治疗方案。结论:应用注射用炎琥宁治疗下呼吸道感染疗效较注射用先锋Ⅴ号明显,成本-效果比优于新鱼腥草钠注射液;三组方案的不良反应无明显差异。

The Cost-Effect Analysis on Three Therapies Applied in Treatment of Lower Respiratory Infection

Objective: To compare the cost-effect on therapy I, therapy II and therapy III in which drugs includingcefamedin, Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate ( PSDDS) and Sodium New Houttuyfonate ( SNH)respectively for treating lower respiratory infection.Methods: Retrospective assessment over these three therapies is achieved bythe method of pharmacoeconomical cost- effect analysis.Results: Among these three therapies, therapy II and III were moreeffective than therapy I in terms of their efficacy and therapy II was the best one in terms of their overall cost- effect ratio.Conclusion: This study confirmed that the cure rate obtained in Therapy II in which PSDDS is applied is higher than thatof Therapy I.Meanwhile, as far as cost- effect ratio is concerned, Therapy II is superior to therapy III.And there were nosignificant difference on adverse effect among these three therapies.
