2型糖尿病应用吡格列酮和二甲双胍的作用比较

目的探讨吡格列酮及二甲双胍对新诊断的2型糖尿病降糖作用及不良反应。方法我们选择126例新诊断2型糖尿病，随机分为两组，单用吡格列酮或二甲双胍以观察其降低作用及不良反应。结果吡格列酮组及二甲双胍组均为63例。二甲双胍用药1—3周开始下降，至第4周下降明显，而吡格列酮组至第8周下降明显，至16周无继续下降。不良反应发生率：吡格列酮26．8％，二甲双胍为41％。结论对新诊断2型糖尿病无论是二甲双胍或吡格列酮均可使空腹及餐后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白明显下降。

Comparison of Effect and Adverse Reaction of Pioglitazone and Dimethyl Biguanide on Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Latest Diagnosed

Objective To compare the effect and adverse reaction of pioglitazone and dimethyl biguanide on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 126 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus latest diagnosed were chosen and divided randomly into two groups,63 cases each group,and one were treated with pioglitazone and the other treated with dimethyl biguanide.And blood glucose(BG),glycosylated hemoglobin(GHb) and adverse reaction in patients were observed.Results BG and GHb in dimethyl biguanide group began to decrease in the 1~3 week and decreased apparently in 4th week while decreased apparently in 8th week and stopped in 16th week in pioglitazone group.Adverse reaction,26.8% in pioglitazone group were lower apparently than 41% in dimethyl biguanide group.Conclusion Both medicines can decrease BG and GHb in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus latest diagnosed,which involves the improvement on insulin resistence(IR),and the effect of dimethyl biguanide appears in shorter time but has more adverse reactions.
