| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经直肠超声（TRUS）前列腺穿刺活检方法的安全性及在早期诊断前列腺癌中的意义。方法对216例临床疑患前列腺癌患者行TRUS引导经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术后进行随访分析。结果216例行十点穿刺活检患者中，术后血尿者58例（26．9％），血便4例（1．9％），无1例出现前列腺脓肿、高热、败血症等严重并发症。穿刺活检阳性率35．2％（76／216）。结论经直肠超声前列腺穿刺活检法方便、安全。对早期诊断前列腺癌有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety and clinical significance of transrectal ultrasound(TRUS) guided prostate biopsy in localized prostate cancer.Methods The study group consisted of 216 patients who underwent TRUS-guided biopsy of the prostate.Results After biopsy,58 of them(26.9%) had hematuria,and 4(1.9%) had rectal bleeding,there was no serious complications.The prostate cancer detection rate of biopsy was 35.2%(76/216).Conclusion The transrectal ultrasound(TRUS) guided prostate biopsy is considered simple... |
