孕妇牙周病与低体质量早产儿的关系

目的 探讨孕妇牙周病与低体质量早产儿（PLBI）的相关性。方法 调查200例产后4d孕妇。PLB1组：低体质量〈2500g或者伴有孕期〈37周、胎膜早破等妊娠不良情况（n=100）。对照组：新生儿低体质量〉2500g、正常分娩（n=100）。每例受试者均接受牙周检查。结果 LWN组牙周病明显重于对照组（P〈0.01）。200例孕妇牙周袋深度和牙龈指数与新生儿低体质量呈负相关（rGl=-0．37，P〈0．01；tPD=-0．19，P〈0．01） 结论 孕妇的牙周病与新生儿低体质量呈低度相关。

A preliminary study on the relationship between maternal periodontal disease and low weight of newborn

Objective To detect whether the maternal periodontal diseases could be associated with preterm low-birth weight infant(PLBI).Methods A case-control study of 200 postpartum mothers was performed,preterm low-birth weight infant(PLBI)cases were confined to the mother with new born of less than 2500g and one or more of the following conditious:gestational age<37 weeks,or early rupture of placental membrane(n=100).Controls were normal birth with weight(NBW)>2500g(n=100).Each subject received a period on examination to deter- mine the clinical indices.Results PLRW cases had significantly worse periodontal disease than the normal cases in GI and PD examination(P<0.01).Simple correlation between GI,PD and weight in 200 postpartum mothers was lower(r_(GI)=-0.37,r_(PD)=-0.19).Conclusion It needs further research for period on infection as one of the risk factors resulting in preterm low-birth weight infant.
