超薄硅胶膜在鼓膜穿孔贴补术中的应用

目的:为了寻求一种更好地鼓膜穿孔贴补材料,观察超薄硅胶膜在鼓膜穿孔贴补术中的疗效。方法:在鼓膜穿孔贴补术中使用超薄硅胶膜作为贴补材料。结果:85例中,外伤性鼓膜穿孔70例全部1次治愈,治愈率100%。小穿孔7～14 d愈合,中穿孔7～22 d愈合,大穿孔15～42 d愈合。中耳炎引起的穿孔15例中,5例1次性治愈,3例2次治愈,7例3次治愈。治愈率100%。穿孔愈合后电测听500、1000、2000HZ,听力提高10～15 dBHI。结论:超薄硅胶膜可促进鼓膜穿孔修复和愈合。

Application of Thin Silicone Membrance in Repairing Perforation of Ear Drum

Objective:For find better material in perforation of ear drum,To observe the efficacy of Thin silicone membrance in repairing perforation of ear drum.Methods: Thin silicone membrance was applied in repairing perforation of ear drum.Results: The cure rate of 85 cases of perforation of ear drum was 100%.The small perforations cured betweenr 7 and 14 days,the moderate ones cured between 7 and 22 days and the large ones cured between 15 and 42 days.In 15 ears with otitis media,5 cured at one time,3at two times and 7 at three times,3 underwent tympanic membrance repairing for infection.The total cure rate was 100% The brainstem electric response audiometry at frequency of 500,1000 and 2000 HZ improved between 10 and 15 dBHL.Concllusion: Thin silicone membrance improves the repair and bealing in perforation of ear drum.
