摘    要:目的 研究四川泸州人群X线修复交叉互补基因1(XRCC1)Arg194Trp,Arg280His多态性与鼻咽癌风险的关系.方法 采用病例对照研究方法,PCR-RFLP检测220例鼻咽癌患者及性别、年龄相匹配的250例正常人群XRCC1 Arg194Trp,Arg280His多态性分布及与鼻咽癌风险的关系.结果 病例组和对照组Arg194Trp基因型频率分布差异有显著性(P<0.05),Arg194Trp多态性可能与个体患鼻咽癌风险相关,等位基因Trp可能增加个体患鼻咽癌的风险(OR=1.628,95%CI为1.194~2.221),Arg280His在两组中分布差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 Arg194Trp多态性可能与鼻咽癌风险相关,Arg280His多态性与鼻咽癌易感性无关.

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study was to elucidate the association of the polymorphisms of X-ray repair cross-complementing groups 1 (XRCC 1) Arg194Trp, Arg280His polymorphisms and the risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Sichuan Luzhou populations.Methods A case-control study was conducted involving 220 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and 250 healthy controls to investigate the association between the polymorphism of Arg194Trp,Arg280His and the risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Two hundred and fifty healthy controls were matched with the nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients on age and sex. The genotypes were determined by PCR-restriction fragments length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique.Results The difference of Arg194Trp polymorphism genotypes frequency between cases and controls was significant(P<0.01), and the Arg194Trp polymorphism could be associated with the risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma genesis. The allele Trp could increase the risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (OR=1.628,95%CI=1.194~2.221), and the Arg280His polymorphism was not associated with the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Conclusion Genetic polymorphism of Arg194Trp may be associated with the risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma genesis.
