因眼外伤等导致眼球摘除108例临床分析

目的：调查眼球摘除术病因变化趋势。方法：对1993－2000年施行108例眼球摘除资料进行总结分析，比较前5年和后2年眼球摘除术的病因。结果：全部病例中，严重眼外伤致眼球摘除者仍居首位占38．9％，绝对期青光眼致眼球摘除者居第二位占24．1％，眼球萎缩行眼球摘除者居第三位占3．1％，近两年眼球摘除总数超过前6年，因各种眼病和眼球破裂伤致眼球摘除总数较前6年有所下降，但因萎缩致眼球摘除者呈明显上升趋势。结论：眼外伤仍是导致眼球摘除的主要病因，绝对期青光眼次之，但因眼球萎缩要求美容而摘除眼球的病例近年显著增加。

A clinical investigation of 108 cases applied on ocular enucleation

Objective To investigate the alteration of indications for enucle- ation. Methods 108 cases applied on enucleation from 1993 to 2000 were collected and divided into two groups, cases in early 6 years and cases in later 2 years . Both groups were analyzed to determine change of indications for enucleation. Results Severe ocular injuries took the largest part of 108 cases, 38. 9%. Absolute glaucoma was the second largest part,24.1% ,and phthisis bulbi the third,23.1% Cases applied on enucleation in later 2 years were more than that in early 6 years. By contrast, cases due to ocular injuries of other diseases in later 2 years de- creased while cases due to phthisis bulbi increased. Conclusion Ocular injuries and absolute glaucoma are still the most common indications for enucleation. Howver, cases due to phthisis bulbi increases in recent years by request for appearance improving.
