| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨P16蛋白失表达对肝外胆管癌细胞增殖的影响,分析其与肝外胆管癌患者临床特征和预后的关系。方法:应用S-P法检测35例肝外胆管癌和12例慢性胆管炎标本中P16和Ki-67的表达。结果:P16蛋白在肝外胆管癌中阳性表达率25.7%,显著低于慢性胆管炎阳性表达率66.7%(P=0.0446)。肝外胆管癌中P16蛋白阳性表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关(P=0.015)。肝外胆管癌和慢性胆管炎Ki-67标记指数(Ki-67LI)分别为34.6±19.5和16.3±12.8,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ki-67LI在临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ、Ⅳ,淋巴结是否转移差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:P16蛋白失表达影响肝外胆管癌细胞增生,与肝外胆管癌发生、发展密切相关。
