心源性脑栓塞52例临床特点和治疗效果观察

目的:探讨心源性脑栓塞的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:选取52例心源性脑栓塞患者根据临床症状和诊断结果给予针对性的抗凝,血管扩张,降血脂和颅内压治疗。结果:经过治疗,总有效率为82.7%(43/52),死亡7例,死亡率为13.5%。结论:心源性脑栓塞病情复杂,要合理用药,严密监测,帮助患者平稳渡过急性期,提高患者的生存率。

The observation on clinical character and treatment effect of 52 cases of patients with cardioembolism

Objective To explore the clinical character and treatment effect of cardioembolism.Methods According the clinical character and diagnose result,52 cases of patients with cardioembolism were given targeted therapy of anti-Thrombin,hemangiectasis,reducing of blood-fat and intracranial pressure.Results By treatment,the total effective rate was 82.7%（43/52）,the death rate was 13.5%（7/52）.Conclusion Cardioembolism was complicated,so it should be given the right medicine therapy and strict detection to help patients pass the acute stage steadily and enhance the survival rates.
