线粒体DNA异质性检测方法研究进展

摘    要:线粒体是真核细胞内的重要细胞器,能量生成的场所,参与脂肪酸的合成及某些蛋白质的合成,也是核外惟一的遗传物质。线粒体在生物的生长、发育、代谢、衰老、疾病、死亡以及生物进化等方面都有非常重要的意义。由于线粒体DNA具有母系遗传、拷贝数多、阈值效应、较高的突变率和序列的多样性等特点,因此线粒体DNA异质性在生物学、医学、法医、生物技术等领域有重要的应用。近几年来,mtDNA异质性研究的新成就为揭示许多疾病的发生机制提供了新的线索。现就线粒体DNA异质性检测方法及研究等进行综述。
