血栓通针对急性脑梗塞大鼠S-100b及神经功能的影响

[目的]探讨血栓通针对脑缺血损伤的保护作用。[方法]大鼠54只,随机分为假手术组、对照组、药物组,每组再分为脑缺血1d、3d、7d组,每组6只。应用线栓法建立大脑中动脉阻塞（MCAO）模型,药物组于术前3d开始注射血栓通针进行干预治疗,对照组给予等量生理盐水。采用Bederson6级5分法进行神经功能评分,免疫组化检测S-100b的表达。[结果]①神经功能评分：药物组在1d,3d,7d均低于对照组,其中7d有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。②脑组织S-100b阳性表达：药物组与对照组在各时间点阳性细胞数增多,表达强度增加,与假手术组比较有显著差异（P〈0.01）。与对照组比较,药物组阳性细胞表达强度在3d,7d较低,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。③血清S-100b变化：对照组和药物组血清S100水平在1d、3d、7d均明显升高,与假手术组比有显著差异（P〈0.01）;药物组在各时点比对照组低（P〈0.05）。[结论]血栓通针对急性局灶性脑缺血引起的脑损伤具有一定的保护作用,其保护机制可能与抑制S-100b蛋白、抑制其神经毒性作用有关。

Effect of Xue Shuan Tong on S-100b and Neural Function in Acute Focal Cerebral Infarction Rats
