| 摘 要： | 本文报告两例全血细胞减少而骨髓增生正常或过度增生的病例。讨论了此症与急性再生障碍性贫血和急性造血功能停滞的鉴别。本病的治疗与急性再障的治疗相同。预后似比再障好。

| Abstract: | Two cases of myeloproliferative pancytopenia were reported. The differentiation of this disorder from acute aplastic anemia and from acute erythropoietic arrest was briefly discussed. Treatment was essentially the same as for aplastic anemia. The prognosis seemed to be somewhat better in patients with this disorder than in those with acute aplastic anemia. |
