| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨动脉插管化疗在妇科恶性肿瘤治疗中的作用及疗效。方法 :选择 16例妇科恶性肿瘤病人行动脉插管化疗及动脉栓塞治疗。其中宫颈癌 5例 ,卵巢癌 4例 ,子宫内膜腺癌 4例 ,子宫内膜间质肉瘤 2例 ,侵蚀性葡萄胎 1例。共行 2 4次动脉插管化疗 ,同时行 7次动脉栓塞治疗。不同的病人选择不同的化疗药物 ,栓塞剂选用明胶海绵颗粒。结果 :16例中完全缓解 1例 ,部分缓解 7例 ,改善 3例 ,稳定 4例 ,进展 1例。有效率为 5 0 %。副反应及并发症为发热、疼痛、胃肠道反应及骨髓抑制。结论 :动脉插管化疗是妇科恶性肿瘤中能增加手术切除率 ,提高疗效的综合治疗方法之一

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy treatment on gynecologic malignant tumor using arterial catheter.Methods: 16 patients with gynecologic malignant tumor were treated with arterial catheter chemotherapy and embolism recorded.Ovarian carcinoma 4 cases,cervical cancer 5 cases,endometrioma 4 cases,stromal sarma of uterus 2 cases,invasive mole 1 cases.Total 24 times using catheter chemotherapy and 7 times arterial embolism,embolism medicine was melfoam.Results: Of the 16 cases, 1 case was completely remission,7 cases were portion remission,3 cases were improvement,4 cases were stable,and 1 case was advance.The effective rate was 50%.Side reaction and complication were fever,pain,gastrointestinal tract discomfort and arrest of bone marrow.Conclusion: Chemotherapy treatment of gynecologic malignant tumor using arterial catheter is a treatment method that can increase the resection rate and improve the therapeutic effectiveness. |
