社区组织参与MSM艾滋病防治网络信息收集工具的设计与实践

目的探讨社区组织参与男男性行为人群（MSM）艾滋病防治信息收集的有效方法和模式。方法描述社区组织参与MSM艾滋病防治信息收集工具的设计原则及数据收集过程,并分析信息收集工具的优势和挑战。结果信息收集工具实现了社区组织负责收集的检测对象基本人口学及行为学信息,与疾控部门收集的艾滋病病毒抗体检测结果及后续随访管理信息有机衔接,为相关参与方提供了网络合作平台,提高了数据收集和利用效率。结论基于网络的信息收集工具能有效地收集现场数据,但具体的操作模式和应用需要在实际工作中做进一步探索和完善。

Designing and implementing of information collection tools in cooperating with community-based organizations in HIV/AIDS responsemong MSM

Objeetive To present the effective methods and model for the participation of community-based organizations （CBO） in collecting information on human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （HIV/AIDS） response among men who have sex with men （MSM）. Methods The principles for designing and implementing information collection tools of CBOs＇ participation in HIV/AIDS response network were described for MSM, and the advantages and challenges of the information collection tools were analyzed. Results The information collection tools effectively linked up the basic demographic information and behavioral information of the test recipients, i.e. MSM, the information collected by CBOs and the information on the HIV test results and subsequent follow-up management conducted by CDCs, and provided a platform for internet-based collaboration among the various participants to enhance the efficiency of data collection and utilization. Conclusion The internet-based information collection tools can effectively collect data on site, but the specific operational model and application of the tools are to be further explored and improved in the practice.
