湖北省不同人群梅毒预防知识知晓情况分析

目的了解湖北省暗娼、男男性行为人群（MSM）等高危人群和城乡居民、流动人口（农民工）梅毒预防知识的知晓情况,为有针对性地制定梅毒防治健康教育和干预策略提供参考。方法通过整群抽样或＂滚雪球＂方式,选择湖北省内3个城市的城市居民、农村居民、农民工、暗娼、MSM为调查对象,采用梅毒预防知识标准问卷进行匿名调查,分析比较不同人群梅毒预防知识的知晓情况。结果被调查的五类人群共3 569人,梅毒预防知识总的知晓率平均为64.0%。暗娼知晓率最高,为72.4%,其次为MSM,69.4%,流动人口（农民工）61.7%,城市居民60.1%,农村居民最低,53.0%。五类人群间总知晓率的差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.75,P〈0.05）。结论湖北省各类人群梅毒预防知识知晓率均低于国家规划要求,急需加强健康教育和干预。

An analysis of awareness of syphilis-related knowledge among different population groups in Hubei Province

Objective To understand the awareness of syphilis prevention among high risk populations including female sex workers（FSWs）,men who have sex with men（MSM）,and among the general population including urban and rural residents and mobile population（migrant workers） in Hubei Province,and to provide references for targeted intervention strategies and health education for syphilis prevention.Methods A total of 3 569 people from five population groups（urban and rural residents,migrant workers,FSWs and MSM） were selected by cluster sampling or snowballing.Questionnaires with syphilis prevention related knowledge were distributed to the subjects and were required to be filled in anonymously.Then the collected data were compared and analyzed.Results The average awareness rate among the 5 population groups was 64.0% with statistical significance（χ2= 9.75,P0.05）.The awareness rate among FSWs was the highest,i.e.72.4%.which was followed by MSM,i.e.69.4%,and the awareness rate among migrant workers and urban residents was 61.7% and 60.1%,respectively.The awareness rate among rural residents was the lowest,accounting for 53.0% only.Conclusion The awareness rate of syphilis-related knowledge among the 5 population groups in Hubei is lower than that required by the national program.Therefore,it is urgent to intensify health education and interventions to them.
