HIV单阳家庭感染者对早期抗病毒治疗可接受性的调查

目的了解艾滋病病毒（HIV）单阳家庭感染者对早期治疗的接受意愿及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对浙江、湖南部分地区的HIV单阳家庭感染者进行调查,包括一般人口学信息、艾滋病相关知识与行为、对于早期治疗的认知和态度等。结果共调查HIV单阳家庭感染者207人,平均年龄为（39.8±9.9）岁,早期治疗的可接受率为71.5%（148人）,影响其接受早期治疗的因素为：认为早期治疗可以延缓疾病发展、认为早期治疗可以预防配偶感染和配偶支持治疗,优势比（OR）（95%可信区间）分别为2.04（1.30～3.19）、5.69（2.22～14.63）、3.40（2.12～5.48）。结论 HIV单阳家庭感染者对早期治疗的可接受性较高。对于早期治疗的认识、配偶态度和医生的宣教,是接受意愿的主要影响因素。

Research on acceptability of early antiretroviral therapy in HIV serodiscordant couples

Objective To investigate the acceptability and influencing factors of early antiretroviral therapy （ART） of human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） infections in serodiscordant couples. Methods A face to face sur- vey was conducted in some areas of Zhejiang and Hunan provinces with self-designed questionnaire in which demo- graphic data, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （AIDS） related knowledge and behavior, relative knowledge and attitude towards ART were included. Results Two hundred and seven discordant HIV infections were included with the average age of （39.8±9.9） years. The acceptability rate of ART was 71.5%, and the main influencing factors were： Considering early ART could delay the development of the disease, early ART could prevent their spouses to be infected, and support from their spouses, odds ratio（OR）[95% confidence interval （CI）]were 2.04 （1.30-3.19）, 5.69（2.22--14.63）, 3.40（2.12--5.48）, respectively. Conclusion The rate of acceptability of ear- ly ART in discordant HIV infections is high, and the main influencing factors are： Health literacy of early ART, at- titude of infection＇s spouse, and doctors~ education or advocacy.
