| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高度近视小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的效果及体会。方法:对32例(40眼)高度近视并发白内障患者实施小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术。结果:术后3d矫正视力达0.3以上者27眼(67.5%),术后1mo矫正视力达0.3以上者35眼(87.5%)。结论:小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术适合于高度近视并发白内障患者,但应注意术前准备及术中操作技巧。

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate the effect and experience of small incision non-phacoemulcification cataract extraction with IOL implantation for high myopia. METHODS: 32 cases(40 eyes) of high myopia-complicated cataract were treated with small incision non-phacoemulcification cataract extraction with IOL implantation. RESULTS: The corrected visual acuity was better than 0.3 in 27 eyes(67.5%) 3 days after operation and 35 eyes(87.5%) had a corrected visual acuity better than 0.3 one month after operation. CONCLUSION: Small incision non-phacoemulcification cataract extraction with IOL implantation is fit for high myopia-complicated cataract patients and attention should be paid to preoperative preparation and intraoperative skills. |
