香菇多糖辅助结肠癌患者术后化疗的临床观察

目的观察香菇多糖对结肠癌患者术后LFP方案化疗毒副反应和长期生存的影响。方法治疗组32例结肠癌患者应用香菇多糖辅助LFP方案化疗;对照组30例只采用LFP方案化疗。结果治疗组比对照组在白细胞数降低和胃肠道反应方面副作用下降,但脱发、心肝肾功能等方面差异无显著性。治疗组能耐受更多周期的化疗和维持更长的生存时间,但统计学上差异无显著性(p>0.05)。结论香菇多糖辅助LFP方案治疗结肠癌术后患者耐受性好,疗效满意。

The Clinical Observation of Lentinan Assisted Chemotherapy for the Patients with Resected Colon Cancer

Objective To observe the effects of lentinan in decreasing the side-effects of chemotherapy and influencing the long term survival of patients with resected colon cancer. Methods Patients of control group ( n = 30) administered CF,5-FU,PDD,and patients of test group ( n = 32) administered lentinan,CF,5-FU,PDD.Side-effects of chemotherapy were evaluated by WHO standard. Long term results observed were long term survival. Results Side-effects of chemotherapy in hematology( P <0.05),gastroenterology ( P < 0.05) were decreased in test group.Patients in test group could endure more courses of chemotherapy than in control group, but P > 0.05. The 5 years survival rate in test group (56.25 % ) was longer than that in control group (43.33% ),but it was not significant( P >0.05) .Lentian is considered to decrease the side-effect of chemotherapy but not to influence the long term survival of patients with resected colon cancer. Conclusion The results show that lentinan assisting the regimen of LFP as the treatment for resected colon cancer is receivable and preliminary efficacy is satisfied.
