| 摘 要： | 目的评价河北省2000~2004年口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗(OPV)强化免疫实施效果。方法根据卫生部要求,河北省于2000~2004年开展了4次全省范围的OPV强化免疫,对结果应用EPIinfo和Excel软件进行统计分析。结果OPV零剂次免疫以<1岁儿童为主,流动儿童未免疫率高于本地儿童。全省OPV强化免疫报告接种率(98.37%)、调查接种率(82.93%~100.0%)、评估接种率(≥92.42%)都达较高水平。结论河北省2000~2004年实施的OPV强化免疫效果显著且稳定,建议适时调整免疫策略。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to evaluate the results of OPV supplementary immunization in Hebei Province during 2000-2004. Methods We carried out OPV supplementary immunization for 0-3 years group in all counties during 2000-2004, according the maintaining Polio-free status in Hebei and suggestion of superior. Results In all OPV"zero-dose" children, children under 1 year were the target population. The"zero-dose"rate in floating children were higher than resident children. The OPV vaccinated rates were in high levels in spite of reported, investigated or evaluated. Conclusion The OPV supplementary immunization effect were effective and steady. Adjusting the immunization strategy is needed when neccesary. |
