| 摘 要： | 目的观察派丽奥牙科用软膏治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法随机将48例牙周炎病人共96颗牙齿分为派丽奥实验组和碘甘油对照组。观察治疗前后患牙的附着水平、牙龈指数、牙齿松动度以及牙周袋深度的变化。结果两组患牙治疗前牙周各项指数差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,用药1周、停药1周和停药1月时牙周各项指数差异均有统计学意义（t=3.384-6.709,P〈0.01）。结论派丽奥牙科用软膏是牙周炎安全有效的局部治疗药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of periocline （minocycline hydrocloride） on periodontitis. Methods Forty-eight patients with periodontitis （96 teeth） were randomly divided into experimental group and iodoglycerin groups （control group）. The attachment lever （AL）, gingival index （GI）, mobility degree （MD） and pocket depth （PD） were recorded and compared between the two group before and after treatment. Results Before the treatment, the parameters of AL, GI, MD and PD between the two groups were not significantly different （P〉0.05）, while the differences of above parameters were significant after one-week medication, one-week drug withdrawal and one-month withdrawal （t=3. 384-6. 709 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Periocline is an effective and safe topical remedy for periodontitis |
